From April 1, 2007 to the end of March 31, 2008, the Province of Saskatchewan received 1726 subdivision applications and approved 4251 sites. This is a 72% increase in sites approved over the 2006/07 year of 2468 sites approved.

The Cities Act and The Municipalities Act requires each municipality to submit a statement of account of taxes to each school division situated wholly or partly within their boundaries. The statement details any amounts to be recovered or reduced from the liability owing to the school division. Reporting is in the format prescribed by the Minister.
