From April 1, 2007 to the end of March 31, 2008, the Province of Saskatchewan received 1726 subdivision applications and approved 4251 sites. This is a 72% increase in sites approved over the 2006/07 year of 2468 sites approved.

Council may require any person to enter into a road maintenance agreement with the municipality where, in the opinion of the council, the person who wishes to use a municipal road for the purpose of transporting or receiving quantities of goods or materials is likely to cause damage to the municipal roads.

The sample agreements available below are meant for discussion purposes only. They must be revised to suit your situation. The municipal solicitor should review the draft agreement before it is executed.
