APPLICATIONS ARE NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED UNDER THE RINC PROGRAM The RInC program was announced in the 2009 federal budget as a $500 million national program for community recreational facilities. Applications were submitted to the federal government. The Ministry of Municipal Affairs committed matching provincial funding for 145 approved projects. All extended RInC projects must be completed by October 31, 2011. For further information, contact:
